Natasha Edmonds is the Executive Administrator to Baltimore Mayor Brandon M. Scott and Director of Administrative Services for the Mayor’s office. Known for her meticulous execution and passion for excellence, Natasha has helped streamline operations and improve effectiveness across Baltimore’s highest levels of leadership.

In 2024, Natasha received the Colleen Barrett Award for Administrative Excellence, a prestigious honor recognizing her administrative impact in the DMV region.

Beyond her government leadership, Natasha is a published author, a teacher of administrative leadership, and a mentor to the next generation of professionals. Guided by faith and grace, she is committed to using her gifts to uplift others and create systems that work with compassion, structure, and heart.
